    "If any Republican is elected president -- and I think, obviously, I would be the best at this -- we will remain on offense and will anticipate what [the terrorists] will do and try to stop them before they do it," Giuliani said.

    Things like having regular meetings, listening to the people in charge of anti-terrorism, and having cabinet-level discussions daily in times of high threat, leading to quashing of plots such as, oh, blowing up airports, as Bush has done? That's great. Much better than ignoring threats, disbanding the teams who fight terrorism, and blowing a lot of hot air like Clinton did.

    No, wait, that was the other way 'round, wasn't it? My bad.
