The need of more courts
Put all those admin liars before a court under oath, the truth will come out without doubt. Everyone will try to protect his own ass and accuse even his best friend in the action. It will be very interesting in the case Bush vs. Cheney or the other way around.

DC Confidential
The terminology "Hush hush" and "On the QT" is the same terminology Danny Devito's character used in the 1997 movie "LA Confidential". Devito played a writer for a gossip paper called "Hush Hush", and would read lurid stories in voice over, concluding each story with the phrase "Off the record, on the QT, and very hush-hush." This may be what Libby was referencing when he used this particular phraseology, and this is perhaps why Fleischer interpreted the item as "newsy".

Small problem Modeler
If you put all the admin people on the stand under oath, you'd have reams of transcript paper saying one thing: "I invoke my priviledge under the Fifth Amendment of the Constitution to not answer on the grounds it may incriminate me." You'd have to have a case that's so solid that they know they can't worm out of it in order to get them to turn on each other. Fitzgerald didn't indict Rove because he wasn't sure he could get a conviction. Why would you spend the time and effort chasing an unlikely victory?
