Pardon me for vulgarity, but...
FUCK non-binding resolutions. They're nothing but gutless parliamentary geegaws that allow lawmakers to say to their constituents, "See? I did something about Iraq!"
The only remedy for a president who won't listen to Congress, the media or the vast majority of the people whom he was elected to serve is impeachment. Congress MUST act on impeachment. Now.
