I hadn't heard that term before. The closest I'be heard to that is "Honest graft." That's a very interesting turn of phrase, and it perfectly captures my frustration at a system that lets the rich get away with grand larceny while locking up some poor chump for dealing in food stamps (before they were replaced by EBT cards).

Bob Ney is a crook. Probably always has been. The God he worships is obviously different than mine, or at very least, a marginal if not optional resourse in his life.
