Yes, but does he still sleep well every night?
When his dreams are haunted by the screams of our men and women in uniform who've just been tagged by a sniper or an IED, I'll take that tear to mean something more than a political photo-op.
That's all this president is good for. Having his picture taken. He's like a glorified Chamber of Commerce member.
