Kindergarten George playing at being President for 6 years, wrecking everything in his path, and he still thinks he's doin' a heckuva job. In Bush World things are so simple. Oh look, something shiny, let's go play with it.
And now we need a committee of adults to convene and produce a little book to help incurious George out of the mess he got (us) into. Too bad they weren't there from the beginning. It might have saved everyone a lot of grief, and a lot of lives and money too.
