What does G.W.Bush think "kinetic" means? Does he believe it has something to do with Kineticut? Is Osama hiding out in Bridgeport?
By revealing the "Guess What?/Kinetic Action Strategy," isn't the president providing aid and comfort to the enemy?
With comments like that, it must be tough to work at the WH and understand what the "decider" says. But I guess the WH staff has learned to interpret them anyway that they want! But then, does that still leave W. as the "decider"?
Bush was probably just misquoting something someone told him at a meeting. I get the impression he does that a lot.

Bush's chance at lucky ended with the daily breifing he ignored warning of Osama's determination to attack us. Covering your ass here Geroge?
He expects Osama to be handed to him the way everything else in his life has been handed to him. Big surprise.
We almost had him, we'll get him in a few weeks(back in 2002), now in a sense : Who needs him! How times change.
Like everyone, I'm very curious to know what Bush (thought he) meant by "kinetic", but isn't he also saying that intelligence is more effective than military force in fighting terr'ism?
