Get it Right...He's NOT joking...
Rep. Lincoln Davis (Dem, TN) is one of the dozen or so co-sponsors of the bill according to a search on LexisNexis (confirmed at the Library of Congress website.)
He's been awarded "Defender of Marriage" Award from the Alliance for Marriage (the folk who drafted the amendment for our legislators' consideration and are a major driving force behind it...)
He's NOT joking...
Or does SALON know something that we don't? Is it part of some very subtle Democratic plan?
No... Go to his website... He's one of the fiscally and socially conservative members of the Democratic Party.
