Indulging in the commentator's Saddam Hussein fantasies.

  • If Bill were King

There would be loofahs and sexual harassment for everyone! It would be part Rocky Horror, part Caligula.

  • This is precisely what Bush

should have realized before we invaded Iraq. Yes, Saddam was a brutal and ruthless dictator. That's precisely why we liked him so much for all those years. He ran a fascistic state that provided a high standard of living, relative freedom for women, kept a lid on the Islamist crazies and above all kept the oil flowing. In short, he did everything we wanted.

Even a casual observer would have realized that, if you depose Saddam and the Baath Party, what will take their place will either be as repressive as they were or the country will fracture. The jury is still out as to exactly which will happen, but the options remain the same. So I guess pro-war nuts like O'Reilly are finally figuring it out, 3 years, thousands of lives and billions of dollars too late.

  • Lets bring Saddam Back!

Why should we let Bill O'Reilly be king of Iraq? Saddam looks to be in better shape than ever, evidently they are feeding him health food in prison. So why not bring him back. He ran a nice secular government that never really hurt anyone that much, and he kept the religous fanatics under control. That is something Bush does not seem to be able to do, and there is no reason to presume that O'Reilly would be able to accomplish this task either. Saddam is the man!
