It's all up to the GOP

Now that the Iraq war is not politically beneficial to the Republican Party maybe they'll be willing to look for a way to end it.

However, I wonder at what point the Republican Party contributors who are making Billions off of this war will be satisfied with their loot?

Then there are the "True Believers" in the GOP who think they're on a mission from God. I don't think they ever want the carnage to end.

It'd be great if the Democratic party had some say about all of this.

Pull Halliburton

Home from Iraq? 2039 or bust

I dare say that keeping 50,000 US soldiers in Iraq till 2039 will produce infinitely more casualties than both Korea and the Phillipines put together.
