She probably threw in Wilson because (depending on your POV) he got screwed over when his wife was outed.
I guess by adding him to the list, she implicitly admits that the Whitehouse really did go after him?
I imagine she wouldn't actually admit to saying or implying that.
Kathy Griffin's response to Ann Coulter: "What's she doing wearing a cocktail dress at seven in the morning!?" Best of all, Al Roker completely telegraphed his opinion of the C-word when Miss D-List mentioned her name.

How does this crazy bitch continue to get air time on the national networks? She's absolutely insane! Shame on NBC for even thinking of booking her.
Last time I looked, it was GW who was 'hiding behind 9/11' in order to cut off debate.
Every time I hear from one of these conservative whackjobs, I feel myself wince at the idea that their minds can come up with such wholly illogical and baseless, you'll pardon the expression, SHIT.
Anyone who criticizes Bush's Iraq policy is unpatriotic.
Protesting warrantless spying on Americans gives aid and comfort to the enemy
People who mourn the loss of their loved ones due to the terrorist attacks of 2001 are inauthentic and looking for a payday. This last point is so outrageous and insulting to our intelligence that it deserves neither the effort nor dignity of a response.
I used to think there were certain things you couldn't possibly make a living from in this country. Clearly I was naive. You CAN apparently live off your good looks (see America's Next Top Model or the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition). You CAN apparently make a living spouting nonsense and drivel that pleases the reactionary among us (Rush Limbaugh, Ms. Coulter, Bill O'Reilly, etc).
You CAN it would seem make a living being nothing more than what you are all day (see Paris Hilton, Britney Spears, and Bobby Brown), which is essentially nothing much. And the sheer volume of filth and stupidity can and does fill hundreds and hundreds of pages and lines shelves at your local Borders or Barnes & Noble. We need to stop making people like this rich. If there is a sin of post modern society, it's giving our well-earned disposable income to complete and utterly depraved sickies like this. I believe Jesus called it "giving what is holy to dogs." If we quit doing that, we might actually be able to do things like pay down the national debt and invest in sensible things like, oh I don't know, EDUCATION, HEALTH CARE, GOOD JOBS AND SAFE NEIGHBORHOODS.
You know...
Minor stuff.
But I have to point this out: in her immediate post-9/11 column, the one that famously ended "We should invade their countries, kill their leaders and convert them to Christianity," she explicitly made the grief personal by talking about her "friend" Barbara Olson, who was killed on one of the planes.
I often hear people claim that Coulter is doing self-parody. I doubt it. She might not believe what she says, but it's pure opportunism. Today's quote is so thick with irony, though, that I almost buy the self-parody explanation. In addition to my previous comment, it just hit me that Coulter lost absolutely no time in exploiting the death of her "friend" Barbara Olson.

For those who don't want to read, I'll summarize: Barbara Olson was cool and I liked her. We should invade the Muslim countries and convert them to Christianity.
When is the media going to stop providing a platform for this hypocrite/limelight-hunter, who cannot possibly be as stupid as the role she has chosen to portray in the national dialogue???
Yes, I do think it is all about making a living. Pundits know what to say that will be appreciated by those on the right or those on the left. There are enough of them so that sponsors can get their message out to them. It is, in a word, pandering.
Why do we spend money as well as time on biased reporting andf analysis. For the same reason we do on sports, I guess. Other than on the virtues of team play, sports is about native skill honed to the point where it brings about megabucks because people somehow think that teams represent them, and so when the play-for-business team wins, they win. How sad.
My favorite college "club" I've ever heard of is named "Ann Coulter is a Douche Bag". How come college kids get it and NBC doesn't?

This year the Wichita Falls, Texas, Times/Record News dropped Ann Coulter's column due to her consistently nasty screeds that they could no longer justify printing in their newspaper. I wish that many more media outlets would follow their example........
Several friends and I emailed the Today show asking exactly that (Today@NBC.com). We pointed out that having her on the show legitimizes her and allows her to flog her book, when in fact she is a bitter and nasty person who is so awful it's actually uncomfortable to watch her. I always wonder what terrible thing happened to this woman to turn her so bitter, but Today is not required to provide her with a forum for spewing her hate.
is a media-version of a Black Hole, into which crazies like Coulter could be projected.
Failing that, I would settle for having a Greek Chorus follow her around wearing masks with stringy blonde hair and faces resembling "The Scream." They would not have to write any new material themselves, but merely repeat what she has said that day or week, and if it's been quiet, the many things she's said in the past.
What might be even more entertaining, but probably too subtle, would be something modeled after "Billionaires for Bush," say... "Blonde Bimbos for Ann?"
First of all - the September 11th widows, and Cindy Sheehan, said what they said and did what they did of their own volition. Nobody, least of all the Democrats, put them up to it.
Second of all - nobody forced the American public to respond to these women the way that they did. These stories of tragedy and loss clearly touched a chord and elicited and authentic response from people. This political reality clearly irritates Ann Coulter, but she is apparently too stupid to recognize it for what it is - a reality. Thus, she argues against it. Its kind of like the captain of a ship arguing with the iceberg that he's headed straight for.
Finally - prior to September 11th, Kristen Breiteweiser and the rest of the Jersey Girls were Republicans!!
Ann Coulter is so stupid its unbelievable.
The Wasilla soap opera just gets weirder as Palin complains critics are "picking apart a good point guard"
The media outlet's use of Bush euphemisms sparks a much-needed debate on journalistic standards.
And so are his Fox News pals, who lambasted Sen. Al Franken's "stolen election"
An inflexible right wing is allowing the Golden State to drown in debt. But it's not alone
