Well, here's one more person...

about to be tarred and feathered as an enemy of the state. I'm beyond wondering at what point will those who still back this administration will step out of damage control and see the big picture. Anyone who hasn't already recognized that Bush et. all cherry picked the intelligence to see what they had already decided they wanted to see won't be swayed by Mr. Tyler Drumheller. At this stage, I don't think Colin Powell or Tommy Franks (if he wanted to) could change their minds.

But that won't stop the misguided fools who are currently questioning the patriotism and integrity of six generals from aiming their sights at this new prey.

The Bush Iraq Policy

Was comprised of 1 single thought, that being, "Fuck Sadam. We're taking him out."

Isn't this huge ?

A top CIA offical testifies that the bush admin took the USA to war of false premises ?

Where is the outrage ? the impeachment ?

Ignorance

By now everyone should recognize it. GWB displays it every day. This new info just makes one wonder why their is no call for indictment or better yet, a Nuremberg style trial for warcrimes and crimes against humanity for King George W and his minions or inducers (as the case may be).For the Irak war he cannot claim his best known asset :Ignorance.

I'm confused

I'm legitimately confused. I already believe in my heart that Iraq was the plan since the 2000 election, and nothing that any of these bozos did to justify their pre-planned actions surprises me.

But didn't Bob Woodward report in his book that George Tenet stood up and with an emphatic gesture said, "[Iraq having WMD] is a slam dunk!"? Did he say, "It's a slam dunk but the Iraq foreign minister says it's not, so you know, take that as you will" ? Or did he say, "The Foreign Minister says there's no WMD," but when POTUS came back and said, "This is about regime change," he stood up and emphatically said, "Then it's a slam dunk, sir!"?

Like I said, I know they lie and cheat and cherry-pick intel, but what's the deal here? Did Woodward lie? Or is this CIA agent lying now to cover Tenet? Or did the two accounts happen at separate times, such that they are both true?

If you could answer this, that would be swell. Thanks!

Why would an ideologically driven adminstration concern itself with facts?

Facts are only small part of a White House that prides itself on being non factual, non empirical, faith based ideologically driven. Why would facts stand in the way of what they want to do?
