    Check the guy out. I think he's a great candidate.

    I personally like Hillary, but I think that it would be a bad, bad idea to nominate her for this election. And I don't think it will really happen, regardless of all the speculation.

    As far as McCain goes...my initial thought was, "well at least if the Republicans won, he's better than the current administration. He's not terrifying." But then I remembered that he rolled over for Bush, and I realized that no matter who the Republican candidate is they will be under immense pressure from the same radical Christian right-wingers that run things right now. That's the Republican machine. So, although McCain doesn't terrify me the way some others (Newt?!? Are they serious?) do, I also don't really trust him anymore to stand up for what he really believes in if it goes against the machine. That's pretty sad.
