And now this...

Old Dickless not only shot someone, but that someone is a rich lawyer! More proof that God does indeed have a sense of humor.

One Of The Funniest Bits Ever...

on the Daily Show. In fact, the whole episode, with first Jon Stewart, then Ed Helms, and then Rob Corddry, was one of the funniest episodes of The Daily Show ever.

My stomach hurts today because I was laughing so hard last night.

hunting "accident", or wag the dog ?

I'm sure we cannot overlook the real possibility that this is just another attempt by the Dubya admin to attempt to "control the news cyycle"?

Does anyone - for one second - believe this was just another hunting "accident"?? Come on - give me a break!

Cheney is a seasoned hunter, well practiced in the slaughter of farm-raised "game birds". Even the NRA recognizes this.

This was nothing short of an attempt to divert MSM coverage away from (choose one):

- Katrina criticism

- failed Iraq policies

- Muslim uprisings

- Medicare fiasco

- GOP Lobbying scandal

- DeLay indictment

- global warming

- all of the above

Whithington - devoted GOP Lawyer that he is - volunteered to be one of Cheney's Clay pigeons, taking the bullet (or scattershot as it were) for his buds. He *knew* Cheney was a skilled shotgun marksmen, and at worst, might only lose an eye. Plus, at 78, well if things went badly, you know ...

Don't be fooled. This was no "accident"!
