    The most appalling thing to me...aside from the fact that the man who has his finger on the man who has his finger on the button can't miss a 78-year-old in an orange vest...is that Cheney travels with a medical entourage and has an ambulance "on call". For all the assurances that he is in robust health, isn't this a little overkill? No pun intended.
