What is it with the NYT and the WP that they run such a story? Are they on the Bush payroll? Or is it that the editors at those so-called beacons of liberalism really believe that their readers' average I.Q. is in the double digits?

Of course, Rove got a standing ovation from the Federalist Society members. Hussein, too, used to get standing ovations from his loyalists.

And, of course, Rove's supporters will describe his behavior in flattering terms. Did Tariq Aziz ever called Hussein a "murderous maniac"?

Enough already. Someone ought to tell the NYT's and the WP's editors to stop insulting their readers' intelligence.

If YOU were running for public office now, would you want your name assiciated with Karl Rove? I don't think so. A masterbatory standing ovation from the Federalist Society is meaningless. The bottom is dropping out on the Administration and the Republican controlled congress, and they have one plan: appeal to the most rabid element of their base. The problem is, every poll coming out shows a growing and growing dissatiscation and suspicion of this crowd. How long can they beat gay marriage to death? Americans are starting to get very squirmy with the creationism/itelligent design assault on science ciriculum at a time when the US is beginning to lose ground in the scientific area. Pat Robertson is threatening the people PA with God's wrath for voting out a local school board pushing creationism!

Its twilight time for the neocons. They won't be gone overnight, but they're on the downslide.

Karl Rove is fat! You know, just like most Americans. Obviously, he's not only evil, he's hideous! Because everyone knows only the minority of Americans who are thin are either good or attractive!

And this from someone who calls himself "Massive"? Talk about body issues...

And Bush is going to carry California! Iraq is going to be a beacon of democracy! And the country is more conservative than ever. Why that's why all of those people voted for Democrats on Tuesday, because they really support Republicans. Come on, clap louder! Things will turn out the way you want if you just act like they already have.

So I'll try it too. How's this? See you in stockade, Karl. You, Cheney, Scooter, DeLay, and yeah, Bush too, are all going to get up close and personal tours of those CIA black sites you're so proud of.

Finally! Someone realizing the New York Times isn't the be-all and end-all of "liberal media!!" If I have to read another rosy article about the current administration, all the while they ignore what's REALLY GOING ON, I will PUKE! And if I have another "liberal" friend of mine defend the NYT, they will get an earful they won't soon forget.

The New York Times and the Washington Post may

have been facsimile-liberal years ago. But that

was years ago. They are Corporate Fascist propaganda organs. They are the face and voice of

the Social Class Enemy. They can not be reformed

or rescued.

If I bought them to begin with, I would be

boycotting them now. As it is, I urge others

to boycott them even though it means I won't be

able to get any more free copies out of other

peoples' recycling bins.

America needs a New Media, an Authentic Free

Press. Salon is a part of the picture. So would

be legitimate newspapers like the Sacramento

Bee or the Toledo Blade or the Christian Science

Monitor. Hopefully ever more people will switch

their purchases from the NYT/WaPo to legitimate

Authentic Free Press newspapers. As we stand them

up, we can take the NYT/WaPo down, and send those

two Corporate Fascist RepubliGov mouthpieces to

that Roach Motel Bankruptcy from which there is

no return.
