    So, it will come to pass that the worst of the worst will be nominated. Since we can't filibuster every single nominee, eventually one of these cretins on the shortlist will be confirmed. As Roe v. Wade looks to be overruled, I want to exhort those who are pro-choice to get their Congressional representatives to introduce an amendment to the US Constitution (or state constitutions) protecting a citizen's right to privacy. Such amendment might be a long shot, but the prospect of failure has never stopped social conservatives for a second in attempting to abridge our rights via the Federal Constitution.

    I'm a little confused. Up above, there is an item mentioning the Pennsylvania law requiring 'notification' as well as a link to a planned parenthood site containing some sort of legal document which stated that the law required the wife to sign a statement indicating that she had 'notified' her husband. Now you're saying that PERMISSION is required, which is it? It's a big difference.
