Libby's Options

if Libby doesn't cop to a plea or get the charge dismissed or persuade the president to grant him a pardon

A pardon for Libby? Bush would have to eat a heapin helpin pile of his own words for that to happen. Libby is distanced just far enough away for him to take the heat on this case. I would think a plea bargain would allow the fastest way out.
