    She says whatever she feels like saying at any given moment.

    I believe she cannot help it. She seems so self centered that she must think it is all about her. I have known people in every day life just like her. They are called sociopaths or pathological liars. In politics she is just called an opportunist. The things that she says would embarrass almost anyone else but she actually believes she is right and that she sounds intelligent and street smart. Sad and pathetic.
