    Substance abuse

    Thanks for the clarification on the probes. That's a very handy list to have around. Of course the fastest way to avoid ethics challenges is to behave ethically. You would hope the party of personal responsibility would think of that, but NOOOOOO, not in this "partisan age".

    BTW, this passage from Through the Looking Glass gets more useful every day:
