    Let me get this straight...

    The August 6 2001 PDB, which stated that Bin Laden was determined to strike within the US = not actionable.

    Bozo Chertoff's "gut feelings" = big news, to be trotted out as vindication if ANYTHING terror-related happens in the next Friedman Unit (6 months)?

    OK I give up, they're obviously just making stuff up now. Someone on K Street must be laughing himself sick.
