The fact that no one mentions this treasure trove of neocon thinking shows how disconnnected you all are with the things that make your country work. Look it up. Just google the title and it there in black and white. I came across it during a study I did for a cultural studies project during my university degree and was awarded a distinction for my research, yet you yanks, whose country it is after all, just bumble around making "after the event" comments and feel morally and intellectually superior to a president who always knew what he and his cronies were up to and who conned you good and proper.
