My guess is the fact that Sheldon Adelman lost billions in October and the fact that the Dems look like they might be around for awhile is making him less likely to want to fund the Freedom Watch ads.

Sheldon Adelman probably realizes he has to play with the new team. Kind of like T. Boone Pickens...former hard RW'er who all of a sudden is green.

I understand the concept of "peace through strength," but it's hard to intimidate enemies who are willing and eager to die.

Ari Fleischer never told the truth about anything. Hell, if he said it was November, 2008, I would consult at least 10 calendars just to be certain. Baldie is one of those right wing weasels who gets a severe case of diarrhea if he cannot lie constantly. In all his years of being W's mouthpiece, he never uttered the truth even once.

Actually, Ms. Walsh, the GOP simply puts a higher priority on loyalty over results. Therein lies the secret of their perverted notions of merit. Ari Fleischer has loyally served the forces of corruption, mendacity, greed, and misrule without hesitation, so, of course he will continue to prosper within the GOP's ranks, regardless of results.
