I pretty much said when it happened the whole Hillary "hawk" perception was a ploy necessitated by the circumstances, but nicely exploited by Obama. It's nice to see he agrees. It again underscores he's a pro, and she's a pro, and that's who the hell "we" need in office at this time.
I wanted her to be president, then vice-president, but now it looks like I'll have to settle for her as secretary of state--all for the same reason. She brings an authority and presence to the position that nobody has in a long time. It makes me wonder if we're actually going to see something done on the world stage we haven't seen in my lifetime. Yes, it has to do with Iraq, but it also has to do with Israel.
