"You ignorant slut" borrowing from Jane Curtin on SNL. Have you looked up any dictionary ever in your lifetime? Look up the word "madam" then add an e and look that up, and let me know the difference.
I am lower than hoi-polloi, you get it? and make no bones about it. Boy are you ignorant.
