  • The racism side door

    The continuing kerfluffles about Obama's "misstatements" are nothing but sidedoors for racists. You see, you can't oppose Obama for being black, even if you, a simple working-class Catholic, feel strongly that he is uppity, and needs a few lashes to get his black ass back on the plantation. Nope, instead you say that "he's too elitist" or "he's snooty". These allow the racist mentality to dismiss Obama without admitting that they are, in point of fact, racist.

    So, look for those little "tells". "He's an elitist" means "I'm a racist."
