    "Because it's her MO. She's seen how effective the tactics of Rove and Atwater have been and she's just cynical enough to appropriate them herself."

    I heard a story that, at the dedication of the Clinton Library, Karl Rove was there (??). Bill apparently went up to him, and complimented him for his political acumen. Bill said, "We need to sit down and compare notes."

    What did go on at that little tete-a-tete? Who gave who tips?
