Didn't Senator Clinton miss the 2005 vote on the bankruptcy bill?

Clinton
What does gender have to do with Hillary Clinton, a crooked corporate lawyer and warmonger, who voted to attack both Iraq and Iran?

Russert is an oaf.
I really do not like Tim Russert. Despite his serious-turtle demeanor, his questions seemed designed as "gotchas." Instead of asking broad policy questions for all three candidates, he would harken back to comments or actions they made as individuals, and then try to use those comments or actions in an effort to trip them up. How does that tactic serve the broader goal of informing the public as to the policy differences and approaches of the candidates? It doesn't. It's just an attempt for Russert to, he thinks, show us all what a smart guy he is.
Russert, you're just a fat turtle man. Go away.

Where have you been?
How is HRC being too businesslike and Obama being disorganized against stereotype? A little closer to being stereotypes is what I think. Obama first, Edwards second and Clinton third tonight.
I am sincerely sorry for the shooting of the father of a star player on your daughter's high school basketball team. It should be a national story.
In addition, please tell us your views about the Clinton's craziness over the last several days.
How can you have been so passionate about the HRC pity party in New Hampshire and not have a single comment about - where do I start? - Gloria Steinem, Bill Clinton, Hillary Clinton, Charlie Rangel,Bobcat Johnson, and Richard Cohen? An all-star attack posse that has made Karl Rove and Lee Atwater look like the Little Sisters of the Poor?
Please fast forward in your imagination to a convention nominating HRC, and walk us through how the democratic base will be energized because she is our choice rather than Obama, how independents will flock to us in the general election because she is our choice rather than Obama, and how the republicans will be demoralized because Senator Clinton is our choice rather than Obama.
Give me a woman or man (black or white) who is the best candidate, and let the symbolism of breaking through barriers handle itself.

Go Hillary
She can handle anything her opponents and the media throw at her. She will make a great President.

Solid Peformance By Clinton
Kind of hard to believe that Mr. Son of a Mill Worker voted FOR the bankruptcy bill. What a phony.
Hilly hit it out of the park.

Who Won the MSNBC Democratic Debate in Las Vegas?

Really?
I am surprised to see that many people who say Hillary won this debate.
She just seems disingenuous, and kinda button pushy, as if she was weighing each answer with polls and numbers.
I am sure that the establishment will all say Hillary won, but I believe the people will disagree, as the poll posted before says.

hillary and bankruptcy
ms walsh, in last night's debate hillary was careful not to use the words " i voted no on the 2005 bankruptcy bill", she was the only non voting senator.
-
Bankruptcy law
Obama voted for the 2005 bankruptcy law.
Hillary did not.
-
Obama did not vote for the bankruptcy law.
That's a common misperception. Google it and you'll see.
EDWARDS 2008!

Admittedly Off Topic Post about Sidney Blumenthal
I know this is ancillary (at best) to the campaign, but I just wanted to comment somewhere about how the Drudge Report featured the drunk driving arrest, complete with mug shot, of Drudge's long-time nemesis Sidney Blumenthal. My comment is that his decision to run this story above the fold on his site for THREE DAYS is despicable. And it has led me to resolve not to click on the Drudge Report ever again.
Since Mr. Blumenthal writes for Salon.com, I was hoping there might be some effort at some point to, um, I don't know, come to his defense in some small way. Since I haven't seen a word about this on Salon, I just want to take this opportunity to say that Sidney Blumenthal's essays constitute some of the best and most well-argued writing on your site. While I don't condone drunk driving, I think that in this era when high crimes and misdemeanors are pardoned and ignored, I think I may choose to give Mr. Blumenthal a pass on this.
I hope to see more of his writing on Salon soon.

Dick Fitzgerald-Mid-debate update
Dear Dick,
Why must you use any forum to spew your hatred of a brilliant, strong woman who as a young law school graduate went to the poorest sections of South Carolina to work with poor children rather than joining a large corporation?
She started with the Civil Rights groups in 1971. WHAT WERE YOU DOING?
