Are Clinton's inept attack ads and faux-feminism enough? Can Obama learn to attack? Plus: American eroticism devolves to Barbie boobs and Botox.

  • Truly..

I feel as though I'm Shawn Deep in True Shit. It's so oddly disorienting.

  • Camille? Do you truly lament the loss of "helmet hair"?

Unlike today's normally discreet Barbie boobs "helmet hair" was expensive and painful to achieve in pursuit of a wholly intentionally artificial look. For all the time and money it had to have cost, Liz Taylor's hairdo on the Life Cover lends zero to her beauty.

  • MIT math study

It's a shame the study and article you're referencing was shoddily done. But you have no business sounding off about female mathematicians and engineers without consulting some folks on the front lines instead of some go-between who writes for the American. Try checking in with some females in these fields yourself and see what they have to say. Not just at Hahvahhd, but also in the dregs of our community colleges, there is numbing discouragement for women interested in mathematics/engineering. Most attracted to it seem to suffer from exceptionalism (i.e. "I'm not stupid like most women" blech). And how is it that you don't seem properly shaken by what Larry Sommmers had to say?

  • Hip Deep in Leeches, Not Truth

Translation from DeepThroat: Obama, you wait in line like a good boy and maybe later we'll give you a chance. Too late; he's already taken what you presume the Democratic establishment, which managed to lose two elections to a preppie boob, might "give" him. Do the math. Billary has to win at least 65-35 in the remaining states. That won't happen in even one state, unless you are deluded enough to think Guam and Puerto Rico are states. The DLC's favorite color isn't white or black: it's maroon, after its adherents.

  • American eroticism devolves to Barbie boobs and Botox.

"However, I am very concerned by a degeneration of erotic images in American media. It isn't their mammoth proliferation that disturbs me (as it does many other feminists); it's their antiseptic quality in this era of Botox and plasticized Barbie boobs. American sex is all flash and no sizzle."

I agree Camille! The worst today is the ridiculous shaving of all or part of pubic hair! A real man does NOT want to see a bare pudendum. Please tell me you don’t support this practice of cheapening a woman’s eroticism. Only a pedophile would find this attractive.
