I have been following this campaign very carefully, and I think Camille Paglia has told it like it is perfectly. I always wondered about those "feckless," thughlike brothers, and the explanation is perfect. But one might add that Hillary is not nearly as smart as people have suggested! Her comments about Benazir Bhutto on CNN, for example, show a total ignorance of the Pakinstani dynamic. She cannot hold a candle to Obama where brains are concerned, not to mention ethics! I was once a member of a national men's activists group. I left in protest because a number of their members insisted on using the word feminazi in online correspondence on a moderated list. I did not wish to be associated with an organization whose president did nothing to discourage that language and who would not distance himself from it.

which previously appeared at least once in each column.

Which is not to say that Ms P is becoming any less egocentric, but perhaps she merely forgot to plug her book this time around.
