The dominatrix

Sarah Palin is trying to seduce independent voters. But she comes across like a whip-wielding mistress who wants to discipline a naughty America.

Written like a liberal pit bull sans lipstick...

It is so unfortunate that Gov.Palin, the only person in the race with executive branch experience, is being examied so closely and written about with grossly inappropriate tones of innuendo, while Senator Biden's decades of expereince go woefully under examined. And so in a classic "dumb things down to the common denominator" -- for the media types writing this trash it comes down to "doability" rather than the things that count most when the pressure to lead bears down on a President - like character. Trouble for the left is that they finally advanced a candidate without a record against which he can be measured. And so even in the face of immense media bias that was so brazenly on display in Denver in support of their candidate, Sen. Obama, as articulate & well educated as he is, is losing ground to a blue collar woman woman who embraced the reigns of a corupt system in order to effect change for the better within and around the communities she lives in. You would think there would be at least one "journalist" with the guts to write about what a truly great American story this is.

As an aside, where is Hillary now when a woman is being held to such a double standard? Wasn't she complaining about bias issues? Where are the woman's groups? Same place they were when President Clinton trashed a women - hiding their high horses and hoping that many would forget the principles they espoused when it was a liberal speaking to them, rather than a conservative. How they can look themselves in the mirror each morning is beyond comprehension. At least Gerry Ferraro, though I would never doubt which level she'll pull in November, stepped up.

In the end, Palin is not politically expedient. So rather than embrace her as a woman and discount her for her politics, the DNC and liberals around the country will allow yet another charater assisination hit squad out in attempt to derail what many Americans hope will be yet another rejection of liberal doctrine as voted on at the national level. Thanks be to God for the wisdom of the Founding Fathers for instituting the elctoral college. It protects us from the lemmings so densely populated in the liberal "thought" centers of New York, LA, Chicago & Boston.
