Dear Gary,
I really appreciated your take and tone with this piece. I think we're at a point where we have to be more open in opposition to Palin and McCain's actions, beliefs and promises. Taking it full out to the psycho-sexual sphere is so obviously a part of the whole attraction. Unfortunately, I'm not so hopeful it won't work. I also can't believe the lack of commentary on little Cindylou's speech introducing John McCain. Her's was by far the most generous and loving speech of the whole convention. However, she comes across a little (ok, a lot) as Faye Dunaway in Mommie Dearest. They (McLame/Failin') are emotionally unrelated in such disturbed ways that do so much harm. I think more articles attacking their emotional character and exposing them as insane need to be written. I'm sure Salon will give us that. Thank you
