The reason Wright is such a big deal...
...because he's black and because Obama's middle name is Hussein. It all fits into a theme cooked up to scare the shit out of you. Nevermind it's all been said before, Falwell said the same things, hell even Ron Paul said some of it and he was running for president. But they weren't black and not likely to scare you white folks.
Clinton's bullet-dodging story turns out to be a lie. Had Obama made the same "mistake" and mis-remembered a moment meant to make him look "experienced" or "patriotic" the Clinton campaign and the media would be crucifying him!! I mean crucify!! But it's not Obama, it's Clinton and so people just chuckle and move on.
Meanwhile Clinton is trying to change the conversation by finally coming out with her opinion of the Wright affair, more than a week late and just when the media was starting to ease off the subject. If there is a political convenience you know Hillary is going to take advantage of it, without a doubt!
