Rev. Jeremiah Wright isn't the problem
The hysteria over Obama's former pastor's attacks on America shows we're still in thrall to knee-jerk patriotism.

  • GEE! I WISH I HAD SAID THAT!

    Well done Mr Kamiya.

    "Patriotism" can be a very dangerous commodity.

    The last time l saw something similar to all those "Patriotic" flag pins, they

    were in the form of red white & black arm bands circa 1930s & 40s.

    We have been fools for 8 long years.

    We now have the opportunity to elect the most inspiring President in over 40 years.

    ...and could we use some inspiration now.

    Barack Obama is the human being that can save America.

    Did not our forefathers insist on separation of church and state?

    Mr. Obama the whole planet needs you.
