A donation is a small price to pay for your outstanding work over the past several years. Please keep this blog going. Thanks!
for $50.. but will you publish the take, Glenn? I know those thermometers and all are annoying, but it is somewhat satisfying to see how our little contributions add up...
I'd donate.
But I wont use Paypal.
Just wondering -- I love it when there are actual links to the updates when they are posted, since locating them by scrolling is often a chore. Any way to automatically link to the updates from the top more often?
Over the years you have done more to open my eyes to what is going on in the MSM and in Congress. That is worth more to me than I can ever send you. I will contribute all that I can afford with no preconditions. Let's just say this is money you've already earned.
If you write your columns poolside in a lush and relaxing setting, I COULDN'T CARE FREAKING LESS. The quality of your work and tireless efforts to hold our "leaders" accountable speaks for itself.
Please keep the "contribute" button on your site (like most other bloggers do).
Email Glenn and ask for the mailing address and instructions: GGreenwald@salon.com
I did that long before I asked you....I still haven't heard from him.
I'll try again.
Maybe he doesn't want my money.
I'm not a lobbyist. :-)
Glenn, will you update us on the amount you get from us and/or what is purchased with the money? I have no doubt the money will be put to great use, but it would be nice if we readers could get a feel for what kind of impact we will be having in helping you be successful.
No sooner asked than done
And, for whatever it's worth, I have also finally fulfilled my long-neglected commitment to become a paid Salon subscriber. I'm looking forward to seeing that gold star beside my handle!!

Ah Ha! So that's what that gold star was about :).
I admit i was clueless and too ashamed to asked. I just assume it was there to distiguish people that had posted loadza comments. You know! like in some forums ;)
more than glad to contribute....
....if it means more people will be able to learn about you and the issues you report on. The only thing that frustrates me about you, Glenn, is that more people aren't aware of your blog!
-- Krooster
First of all on what do you base that assertion: that more people aren't aware of your blog!
Secondly there is nothing like "word of mouth" promotion so there is the perfect prescription to cure that fustration of yours... get more people to read Glenn's UT. :)
Dusting it off for a special occasion
Maybe we can raise some dough by marketing my masterpiece of an old bumper sticker?

And Glenn, you can buy a tiara for your kitten. But I refuse to subsidize any Cheetos!

Kuddos Cactusman!
Super Duper COoool!!!
I liked that.
And Little Brother in the corner, watching, watching.
I also liked/approved/appreciated Presumptuous Insect's bloggertshirts.jpeg.
Frankly, I'd buy and proudly wear all four of them.
Everybody gets an A today, says Timmeh.

(now if only Harper's would allow online-only subscriptions...)
Hi Glenn, just wanted to say that I happily donated a little to your blog. I rarely post letters, but I read your column every day. Your blog is a beacon in the sea of propaganda the MSM spews out. Keep up the great work!
Obama should be sending you some of his cash. If I send you money, I'm a gonna invoice em at the WH. Do you know what "office" to send it to, or is it just, "Obama, Pres, WH."
I get the Salon Premium subscription but I just put nearly 3 years worth of that into Paypal. GG is the first link I click on my near-daily visit to Salon.
It can only get better with more money for research.
And it just felt good to throw in some support. As Mr. Heinlein put it "Real applause is green, and folds".
O/T but worthy of a look.
It turns out that accountability for producing custom legal opinions authorizing crimes such as those manufactured by the Torture Team has plenty of precedent.

His email address is on the UT homepage, left side.

I have no problem with Paypal, use it all the time, receive several payments from freelancing that way.
Happy to contribute. I'm not going to join Salon as long as they have Camille, Garrison K, and that useless new right wingnut on the payroll.
Fire those idiots and give Glenn more money.

...Adams, how did you get it?
Glenn, I do want to kick in some dough for a worthy cause.
I'm the one from Bellingham who emailed you, Glenn.
It worked with Firefox as a browser, but not with Internet Explorer 7.
How do we know Greenwald won't spend the money on a tiara for his baby kitten? -- Xrandadu Hutman
Ummmm..... because you can often hear his large dog yowling in the background of his podcasts. Princess Kitty's rhinestone collar would be hanging out of its mouth in short order.
