the rest of the world's unwillingness to make any real effort to stop the savagery in Gaza. I know it's par for the course since the UN and international diplomacy have done little to help the victims in other similar instances of man's inhumanity to man. But for God's sake, how much more of this unrestrained evil will the world allow before someone sends in some troops to defend the people of Gaza? Right now, the only solution is for a multi-national force to occupy Israel/Palestine. Sanity must be restored and soon!

Israel has always killed civilians. That's how they got the land in the first place, by carrying out massacres against the civilian population. Their behaviour in Gaza leads me to suspect that their real intention is to behave with such diabolical savagery that some Arab state might lose its head and make some threatening gesture. Israel would then claim they were the 'victim' yet again and try to start a world war by attacking Iran, hoping that the west would defeat the Arabs and create a United States of Arabia with puppet governments, like the ones in Iraq and Afghanistan, running every Arab state, in complete subjection to the will of America and Israel. How else can anyone understand why the IDF would tell a Palestinian family to come out of their house and when the grandmother came out waving a white flag they opened fire? Two little girls were killed and their two year old sister had her spinal cord severed. She's lying in hospital now after lying bleeding in the street for three hours. She will spend the rest of her life, if she lives, in a wheelchair. The doctors in Gaza have children coming in who've been shot in the head, sometimes shot in the head twice (just to make sure). It's obvious that children are being deliberately targeted. This is seen by the ghouls who run Israel as a 'tactical move'- to shoot the Palestinians' children until they realize they never should have voted for Hamas. The IDF are a pack of cowardly murderers and there's plenty of evidence to support this fact. What they're doing in Gaza is murder and a war crime and the civilians are being deliberately targeted, as they were in Lebananon and as they always have been. Of course Mark Regev (an Australian, to my shame) will go on spouting his lies - that's what he's paid to do- but don't be foolish enough to believe a word he says. Tom Friedman is the most contemptible creature ever allowed to write for profit and why he still gets a run in the papers would be beyond me if I didn't know that the papers are lying liars and completely corrupt.
