    The dumbing down of Salon

"and Glenn must do what he has to to keep the comment section viable"

Lets remember that it is Salon, who has failed to deliver the tools to allow him to do precisely that; even though they have been online since 1995.

Meanwhile, bebop-o gets banned for poor conduct and the rest of us suffer miserably for the loss. If moderational tools had been available, its possible some of this unfortunate affair could have been controlled.

I've been an avid supporter of Salon since its inception, and a premium subscriber since 2001. But they will not get another cent from me until they pay attention and fix this problem.
