Can you tune in European TV?
All but the usual Zioclowns are too scared to show their faces around here and have gone to stink up the comment section of articles on Salon, like this one (link in sig):
The Israel rules
America's support of the Gaza attack proves once again that our mythical image of Israel has blinded us to its faults -- a myopia with devastating consequences for both countries.
By Gary Kamiya
I recommend the article, it was actually chosen as one of today's highlights on antiwar.com.
But of course, you won't be seeing people like Keyboard Warrior/Salon Blogger, "Amy Tuteur, MD" coming anywhere near this comment section.
Antiwar Radio is on hiatus and so they are posting a "best of", one of the interviews is with Daniel Ellsberg and Christopher Deliso discussing Sibel Edmonds. It is very much worth a listen.

Isn't she the one who learned how to suture up wounds at Bagram?
Yeah I know..
I don't get Reids' behavior/posturing these last few days either.
Jon S. pointed it out...but yesterday was little over-the-top..
What I DO know is that Illinois Senate rules say that the Sec of State I think it is has to sign off on Blagos apptmnt..
I've heard that the US Senate does not have this rule for incoming Senators...it's a state Senate requirement.
But to me the question is now:...is the Sec. of States' signature (think that's who)given equal weight to the Gov.'s job(Blago) of appointment (under the circumstances since he was under indictment for exactly the controversy of "selling the seat itself") under Illinois House Rules- or is a mere technicality?
Any other time, I would think it was a technicality..
But under these circumstances..where the Gov's actions of incompetence or corruption are called in to play-where he'd been warned and knew he was already under indictment (about to be)-and where the Senate designee was not a good prospect for reelection (he's lost numerous other bids for various offices-and not good choice for re-election)-I think the Illinois Dems have a very good chance of taking it to court to weigh if the "Sec of State" signature/signoff SHOULD in this case, be given equal weight to the Govs' power of appointment...

I havn't the foggiest idea what Illinois law says but Blogo is still the Goverator, he has not been formally charged, much less convicted, and he has not been impeached.
If the Sec. State's signature is required by State Law and it wasn't there, there's a possibility that Reid might have been within Senate Rules to hold up seating him.
If the Illinois Sec of State believes his signature is required and he also believes he's duty bound not to affix it, then it seems to me that it's up to him to stop the Senate from seating the guy. If he doesn't care, why should Reid?
Every ounce of this thing goes back to Springfield and Reid should have shut his yap. He seems to want some sort of attention but what he's getting isn't the sort of attention that a Senator should want when he's in danger of losing his own Seat in the Club.
He's a tad dumber than a turkey.
You are so cocksure of your politics and so deranged when dealing with criticism or opposition to your views that you give yourselves away as left wingnuts who feel entitled to do anything to gain and keep power.
Anybody on the fence just needs to visit this place to see how disgusting and self righteous and hypocritical and fanatical and deranged most of you are.
That was a wonderful list!
How about a short one which would include:
1. Waco
2. Lawyerly intelligence protocals which enabled 9/11
3. A POTUS getting blow jobs in the oval office Sundays from a young intern he later trashed as a crazed stalker and after making a spectacle of himself going to church with an oversized Bible, and then lying under oath.
I will not play your game and blame Bubba for every bad thing that happened over his 8 years. He did thankfully stop the most horrible aspects of our welfare system, and he did not go completely nuts on new programs (thanks to Robert Rubin and Larry Sommers), but our urban public schools just got worse each and every year of his reign.
All good (or at least fair) points -- I realize it's just speculation, but do you have any thoughts about who the actual target might be if it's not Tamm? The NYT and reporters and editors? Recall that Alberto Gonzales openly speculated about such a prosecution, though it's very difficult to imagine -- is it not? - them prosecuting the newspaper without prosecuting the government source. The latter case is much easier.

Which explains how you graduated.
Even if you were 45 years old at the time.
My only experience with her is comes in the form of the typical Zioclown troll posts and reading a few things about her on Open Salon.
... Contrary to the Holocaustology that sees all Israel's enemies as the second coming of Adolf Hitler, Hamas is not the problem; it is a symptom. Treating it as the problem only prolongs the crisis. The problem is political and historical: the dispossession of Palestinians and the ongoing Israeli occupation of their land. Until that fundamental problem is resolved -- and the hour when it can be resolved by a two-state solution may already have passed -- Israel and America's attempts to bludgeon Palestinians, Arabs and Muslims into submission will only generate more hatred, more violence and ever more extremism. ...
Wow, what a powerful paragraph. Thanks for pointing out that article. A great read.
I don't think I have the energy just now to plow through the comments section to look at the crazy pro-genocide commenters. It is hell to get a cold down here when the temperature is in the high 70s most days. Depressing.
Ah hell, I don't think I could stand to read those asses even if I felt great unless you and the moose were two teaming them. :-)
