    I would prefer the federal money not be spent on either...

    Yeah. I was only expressing a preference if given the choice between the two, using a "beggars can't be choosers" mentality. I would prefer the Federal Government disappearing altogether, that way no money would have to go it :)

    And like Kitt eluded to, it gives me an excuse to use the "I" word.
