    Re: "Grand Expectations": That is NOT a Pulitzer Prize-winning tome but rather a Bancroft Prize-winning study of WWII and its aftermath in the United States. I apologize for my mistake.

    P.S. The Bancroft Prize is awarded annually to "distinguished works" in American history and diplomacy by Columbia University.
