    Not enough energy?

    I loved this little bit of stupidity from Ruth Marcus:

    Excuse me, but the government had plenty of time and energy to bust Tommy Chong on a trumped up charge of selling bongs across state lines. If Chong can stand trial, so can the thugs of the cheney-Bush Junta.
