Mr. Greenwald:
1. The first sentence in the second paragraph needs "that", not "which", as does the first sentence in paragraph four.
2. When "general" is used without appending a name, then it is not capitalized. A general is not God.
3. Don't omit to point out that the conservative bent of the media shunned THE NATION's prescient & courageous article.
4. You don't need a comma between "April" & "2003" or, worse, between "April" & "2008".
5. Replace, in the fourth paragraph, "despite the fact that" with "eventhough".
6. Cut "the fact" from the first sentence in the sixth paragraph.
7. Why didn't Howard Kurtz & THE POLITICO start this clock after the article in THE NATION? The clock is more like five years & 223 days.
8. Cut both commas from the first sentence in paragraph eight.
9. Note that our web-culture permits Brian Williams to avoid addressing an issue while claiming that he has disposed of it on his seldom-read blog.
10. First sentence of paragraph ten: "have", not "has"; the "still" in the parenthesis should be after the "they", to counter the "not only", and the other "still" can be cut; not "and/or", simply "or".
11. Cut the caps in the last sentence of paragraph ten.
12. Although what N.B.C. did is disgraceful, I don't see the reason to pair Williams w/ N.B.C. as if he were equally at fault & is N.B.C.'s equal. He's a talking male model, a stooge. He defends N.B.C., because they own him, and he doesn't know any better. What is the rest of the media's excuse for rolling over for Bush-Dick for so long and for upholding such low standards?
