Got it. Just a matter if distinction.

"I worked there for eight years as a third to Karl Rove."

I knew it! That explains so much. I do have one question, though: Is Cheney really alive or are the clips we see of him computer-generated? P.S. Hope the Scottie didn't bite you.

That "dog" (or, "squirrel," as we call him) did bite me and Cheney laughed, just before he tried to shoot me in the face. As for whether he's real or computer-generated, he frequently mumbled stuff about being a "Sith Lord." I would shrug that off, laugh, and call him Jar Jar Binks. That's when he'd load his shotgun and point it at my face. Thank God Cocktailhag would intervene and announce, "You cannot shoot Timothy Skywalker! He is the Chosen One, by which I mean, hey, don't shoot that guy!" Her recognition of my role in this universe was appealing to me, even if it was--shall we say?--wrong.

Revised.Too obnoxious.... I'll walk into another room... It's a nice rain falling outdoors. No more after this...I mean it. Maybe I do not understand...

~

Revised: I add this idea:`Oscar Wilde.

The Ballad of Reading Gaol-Oscar Wilde.

The end poetry lines for my last post.

*

Some love too little, some too long,

Some sell, and others buy;

Some do the deeds with many tears,

And some without a sigh;

For each man kills the thing he loves,

Yet not each man does not die.-O.W.*

`

Death is nothing. Fear?

Slip into another room.

I am I and you are you.

Whatever we were to each other,

we are still. Call me? n/c. Only remember.

Familiar names, and we each have a soul.

Speak. It doesn't matter what tone is used.

Put no forced solemnity, jokes, or a sorrow.

Laugh as we always like to at simple jesting.

Play, smile, think of others, a pray for peace.

Let people speak. No worry of shadow effect.

Life means all that it ever meant. Same as ever.

There is always a unbroken continuity. O death?

What? Am I out of mind because I'm out of sight?

O well, for a interval, somewhere there is another.

Someone is worst, or better off, or more miserable.

I enjoy UT's banter. And all is well. You will delete?

*

The rest is what was deemed too off-color. odorous?

*

War is nasty. I am tired, and glad to go.

*

What was deleted follows. Finally, I shush.

@ 6:41. dear maotestung. Then what?

'um scoop what float? Scum with mayo?

Rye wheat bread, sunflower seed, poppy.

sesame. Solomon and Sophia say: 'um say,

hop on all four froth stinky toad bunny legs?

Krystol's op-ed bowl has tiny pellets floating?

A bowl of spiked punch has some Sailor Jerry?

Sailor Rum Jerry sad? Human liver always rots.

Glaring into a clear bowl, a teacher say: P-U's.

A T. Friedman crew-colleagues spew OP-Ed's.

The same-same, P-C's zealot. O use Silencer.

A poison pen-weapon got 'silencer' & bashes.

A "professor" is the killer-quack. Opt to s`up.

Narrow a playing field. Say 'de plain 'aka' truth.

Fakes wear same-same false faces retro suits.

Old ugly, nauseating, fecal-libel? No-label. Oy!

O. Let's say: Immanuel Kant? Ethics. Salon photo?

Can't help myself, on and on, a Lady's nice back?

She must listen to Juan Sabastion Bach harmony?

Are we starting a pool?

does all this talk of big sticks mean the term "Friedman Unit" needs to be redefined?

If so, then I'm betting on something under 2 inches. And flaccid as all getout.

Friedman's mini-me is a bit dyspeptic this morning,

As usual, Cocktailhag beats me to it. The most amazing thing is that mini-me types too. What a party trick! ;-}

Too Much!

You guys are just so cool. I mean, like, I never met a bunch of more together people. All the facts. All the answers. All the time. A veritable Fox News for the cranial/anally inverted.

Come on, you know you're laughing. Apart from that, what does cranial/anally inverted mean? Kinda sounds like "My brain's an asshole," in which case, as a form of self-diagnosis, I'd agree that this is your problem.

Tiny Tim

You're right, Timmy. You guys are really funny. You should all join Mensa, too. Then you could be funny with real conviction.

heru-ur

He needs to look at the very, very expensive "projection of power" otherwise known as USA military bases all over the world. These things cost money; real money.

Most of it, in fact:

Two-Thirds On Defense

On a per-capita basis, the average American in 2004 then did not pay $1,488 for defense but $2,605. In a word, the military ran on $217.08 per citizen per month, while the remainder of the federal government ran on $103.83 per citizen per month ...

Just keep in mind that when the press reports 19 cents for defense versus 81 cents for everything else, the split really is 68 cents versus 32 cents. Defense is not one-fifth of federal spending but two-thirds of it.

http://www.tompaine.com/articles/2005/06/10/twothirds_on_defense.php

The word "defense" here is a euphemism for "imperial conquest". Neoconservatives have long operated on the premiss that the best defense is a good offense, and therefore the best national defence is global military hegemony. The goal of wormtongue-wannabe propagandists like Friedman and Hiatt is to get millions of people to fall for it.

Fifth, it institutes an elaborate governmental propaganda which swamps all subjects with news and opinions, with the end of securing allegiance, or at least acquiescence ...

Quoted in Totalitarian Neoconservatism

The methods of totalitarianism were established in the 19th century. Friedman hardly represents a refinement.

Tiny Tim

I will never recover from this slur, sir.

Notice the bolds and italics? I learned that not so long ago. Tiny Tim is growing up (that's penis talk, friend).

T3 on Cheney

I would shrug that off, laugh, and call him Jar Jar Binks.

Priceless.

Oh! Jebbie!

Due to an apparent inversion, there's a troll here today who has a walrus mustache, uh, down there. The emanations from the aforementioned orifice aren't entirely clear, but it's something like, "Smarty Artie had a party..."

I do believe we have, if not a winner, certainly a weiner. (of the two-inch flaccid variety, as Pedinska helpfully pointed out, putting herself in play to win Hurl Check...)
