    Nov 18 - President-elect Barack Obama has chosen the first member of his Cabinet-- tapping Eric Holder to be U.S. Attorney General, according to a senior Democrat. If the appointment is confirmed by the Senate, Holder would be the first African-American to head the Justice Department.
