Has there been too much bipartisanship or too little?

The reward Joe Lieberman will receive today is justified by the claimed need for more bipartisanship harmony. Is it even possible to have more than we have now?

    Having Democrats overlook Lieberman's extremist views and reward him is anything but "change."

    This is exactly so.

    The question is how to change the system so that politicians actually listen to the populous. I think the system is broken and needs replacing. I hope for a constitutional convention that would give us all a fresh start. (not that I expect it)
