Has there been too much bipartisanship or too little?

The reward Joe Lieberman will receive today is justified by the claimed need for more bipartisanship harmony. Is it even possible to have more than we have now?

    Repub leadership?

    The Repub leadership would say that conservatives came out in droves to repudiate the Dems having control and this is a mandate for Repubs to go harder to the Right. The last is what they glean no matter what is happening.
