Has there been too much bipartisanship or too little?

The reward Joe Lieberman will receive today is justified by the claimed need for more bipartisanship harmony. Is it even possible to have more than we have now?

    Bipartisanship, bishmartinship...

...it's all smoke and mirrors, baloney and crap! Why would you want to rock the boat of an excluysive, elitist club that has allowed you into their fold with such wide open arms? Surely no one here is naive enough to believe that the political class in America rule for anyone else except themselves? Get a grip or perhaps get yer hands off it yanks! You are all subject ot the same bullshit that any other so called "democracy" is which is essentially a mediocre choice between brand "A" or brand "B" which contain exactly the same ingredients, are manufatured in the same factory and are only different in their labelling. Big deal this year the label happens to be black! Of course this is in a way an attempt to defuse the oncoming revoloution from the grassroots of Americans who, having voted for change but will just get brand "B" and it's glossy new packaging. Having been subjected to the rubbish emanating from your advertising morons for decades now, not many, if any, of you have the perception to see the lies and spin until it's too late. Oops! was probabaly the most uttered word that Bush supportetrs who regretted their choice have voiced to themselves for the past 8 mournful years. Democracy is predicated on the adage that you can fool many of the people most of the time. Obama has fooled you all as did Bush, Clinton, Reagan, Kennedy, Nixon et al. Why do you think the rest of the world bemoans you Americans so loudly? It's because you are the most armed nation on earth with the least intelligence in using those arms. A country of fools and gullible "Pollyannas" just waiting to be sucker-punched once again. A good dose of cynical skepticism may do you all the world of good but unfortunately I reckon you would all rather watch Disneyland! Or perhaps you are all just living in frggin Disneyland because your sense of reality is very different to those who actually live in it. Anyway how can you call a country where the majority of idiots don't cherish their vote enough to use it "democratic"? Smoke and mirrors, smoke and mirrors.
