Porn producer invokes the Bush/Yoo defense -- unsuccessfully

Citizens who produce fictitious films depicting "humiliation" and "degradation" will be sent to prison. Government officials who do that in reality will be immunized.

When A Snark Isn't A Snark

AKA Smith sniffs (a little too silly to be a snark, as he claims it is in a later post): "I am more discriminating than that. There are different types of porn.

I have a short story where the older female character seduces a young fella like you.

You are about 18, aren't you?"

Ah, the old "I-am-the-adult-in-the-room" gambit.

I think our friend Canuckistan Bob puts it into proper perspective: "I've been trying to follow this, and I confess, I don't have a clue what point you are trying to get across, if any."
