    I'm unaware of the nuances of this case, but the argument that convicted these folks, taken in broadly, would also open prosecution of, well, just about 70% of all entertainment films made in Hollywood, wouldn't it?

    How would the popular "Saw" franchise avoid a conviction for their creation(s) if this ruling becomes the new standard?
