    Hmmm...

    The judge in this case, I'm sure, will get a pat on the back, an 'attaboy', the love and respect from the goody goodies and a lifetime on the right wing lecture circuit and there will be much gnashing of teeth and lighting of torches when the case is eventually overturned on appeal.

    What's the use of 'button issues' if you don't have a sideshow to distract the idiots that you pander too.
